Dial Telecom has merged with STAR 21 Networks

We would like to announce that, effective from 1 September, 2013, the company STAR 21 Networks a.s. merged with Dial Telecom a.s., with its registered address at Křižíkova 36a/127, 186 00 Praha 8, IČO: 281 75 492. In connection with this, all the assets of STAR 21 Networks a.s. were transferred to Dial Telecom a.s., which has become the successor company, and STAR 21 Networks 21 a.s. has ceased to exist. All business–supply relationships shall remain unchanged.
