When reporting operational problems at +420 226 204 400 (NOC), please give the following:
- type of service (product number from product specification)
- description of operational problem
- reporter’s name and contact phone number
- name and contact phone number of a technically-capable representative of your company, who can ensure the coordination needed to resolve the specific operational problem
After reporting the above listed, we will check the status of your service. A NOC attendant will arrange with you individual steps, terms and way in which you will be informed about the problem’s resolution. The provider is entitled to request written or electronic confirmation of the reported failure from the subscriber.
