Zdeněk Sivek

After graduating from J. E. Purkyně University, Mr Sivek worked in capital markets, playing a role in the establishment of GLOBIX s.r.o. (later ETEL s.r.o.), where he served as Sales Director. He was the founder of Dial Telecom s.r.o. in the Czech Republic.
Tomáš Strašák

Member of the Board
A graduate of the University of Economics in Prague and Staffordshire University in the UK. He headed the international data sales team at ČESKÝ TELECOM a.s. and, from 2004, was a member of the Board of Directors of Transgasnet a.s. In Dial Telecom, he works as the Sales Director.
Ivo Stach
Ivo Stach
Vice Chairman of the Board
A graduate of ČVUT, Prague, majoring in automated control systems. In 1995–96, Mr Stach was an investment officer at the Czech American Enterprise Fund, a venture capital fund. From 2007, he served as financial director in several companies primarily focused on services and has been in the telecommunications sector since 2000.

Technical Director
After graduating from ČVUT, Mr. Šťastný managed the Network Planning and Development Department at the CESNET Association. In 1998, he became the Head of the Construction and Network Planning Department at InWay a.s.. Since 2010, he has been the Head of the Department for Analysis, Processes and Planning.
Radek Brňák
Radek Brňák
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Brňák began his professional career at Deloitte and subsequently worked at Raiffeisenbank in capital markets. In 1997, he founded Globix s.r.o., a telecommunications company, which he sold in 2000. He is currently a private investor.
David Bečvář
David Bečvář
Member of the Supervisory Board
An economics graduate of Western Illinois University and Anglo-American College. In 2000, he founded the Slovakian branch of Dial Telecom a.s. and was its CEO. One year later, he became one of the founders of the Czech branch of Dial Telecom a.s., where he has worked as a member of the Supervisory Board ever since.
Pavel Kvíčala
Pavel Kvíčala
Member of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of ČVUT, Prague. He was a specialist in planning and development of the management and information system and a project manager in Transgas and TransgasNet a.s. In Dial Telecom, Mr Kvíčala works as the Deputy Technical Director and a member of the Supervisory Board.
