Dial Telecom introduces a fee for the disconnecting and subsequent reconnecting of a debtor since September

Since September, 2012, in accordance with the General Business Conditions, Dial Telecom a.s. will charge and subsequently invoice all its debtors whose service of electronic communications is suspended due to non-payment of their obligations a fee for reconnection in the amount of CZK 1,000, VAT excl. according to the valid price list If the customer pays the amount due which led to the disconnection and all other due obligations payable to Dial Telecom a.s., the services will be resumed. The above written fee for reconnection will be reflected in the following invoice.

The procedure of debtors’ service suspension will not itself change in any way. Dial Telecom a.s. suspends its customers’ services only if the due amount remains unpaid even after reminders have been sent. Those customers who duly pay their obligations will not be affected by this measure in any way.
