Announcement of the merger project being entered into the Collection of Deeds of the Business Register and notifying the stockholders, creditors and debtors

The board of the business company VOLNÝ a.s. and the board of Dial Telecom a.s. meet their legal informative obligation pursuant to § 33 and § 285 of Law n. 125/2008 of Coll. on Changes of Business Companies and Associations (hereinafter referred to as “Law“), and announce that, pursuant to § 33 Article 1, Letter a) of the Law, on 10 September 2012, the project of division which arranges the division according to the above written intention was entered into:
- the Collection of Deeds of VOLNÝ a.s. at the Municipal Court in Prague
- the Collection of Deeds of Dial Telecom a.s. at the Municipal Court in Prague
