Dial Telecom took over the ETT customers

Dial Telecom a.s., a significant Czech provider of data and voice services, took over the customers of ET Telekomunikace s.r.o.

Effective from 1 November 2013, ET Telekomunikace s.r.o. was divided so that the part of its assets related to providing the services of electronic communications and the services for retail customers was transferred to Dial Telecom a.s. retrospectively from 1 January 2013. The part of its assets related to the electronic communication network was transferred to Fiber Services a.s. As a result, ET Telekomunikace s.r.o. ceased to exist
