Dial Telecom is a nationwide telecommunication operator providing a complex portfolio of voice, data, Internet and hosting services with guaranteed quality through its own unified optical network.

The Dial Telecom network has its central monitoring center in Prague. The network monitoring, as well as the customer support center, is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The company headquarters are in Prague, with sales representation for Moravia in Brno. In other regions, Dial Telecom offers its services through sales and technical partners – professional companies who know local conditions.

The top management has been providing telecommunication services in the Czech republic for many years and it has extensive knowledge of the Central European telecommunication market. In provision of the Internet, Dial Telecom is one of the top companies doing business in this field for a long time. Dial Telecom a.s. is a holder of ISO 9001:2009 Quality Management, ISO 14001:2005 Environmental Management and  ISO 27001:2006 Information Security Management (i.e.  protection of sensitive information from unauthorized access) certificates.

Since its foundation in 2000, Dial Telecom has made a number of successful acquisitions. Currently, Dial Telecom has a significant and stable positions on the Czech as well as foreign telecommunication market.
